Frequently Asked Questions

Can counselling really help me? Why not call for a chat with absolutely no commitment You can ask questions and
will get a feel for who I am and whether we can work together.
Is therapy difficult and/or painful? Like most things in life putting more in usually brings more reward. However I am a counsellor who is gentle and I very much work at my client's own pace. This will always be your process and under your control.
How to get in touch: You can email by using the form (see the bottom of each page) or telephone (please leave a voicemail if necessary)

Cost: I would love to be able to work without charging but sadly I have to earn a living too!

I charge 50 (Woking) or 55 (Henley) per hour-long session.
I may well be able to offer affordable terms for a monthly commitment. This can be very cost-effective for longer term counselling.
Therapy really can help and I am within easy reach of Woking, Guildford, Camberley and the villages nearby. I also practise in Henley-on-Thames in South Oxfordshire.

I understand it can be very hard to make a start... but you have taken the first step already!

"I find talking really helps me, especially when I'm feeling in limbo. Sometimes i just need to ask the questions I have going round in my head out loud to someone who isn't a friend or a relative: a third party who isn't going to tell me off when I can't see the positive".
